During this programme general body massage, shirodhara, njavarakizhi, kati vasthi, nasyam, pichu, thalam etc are done as per the doctor's advice. Depending on the condition of the individual, this programme can be extended to even 14 days.

    • Ayurvedic Diet - An effective ayurvedic diet would be recommended for the clients.
    • Yoga - Half an hour yoga session at 7‘o clock in the morning.
    • Internal Medication - Health drinks will be given twice daily.
